At LoopRoots, we believe that meaningful connections can change lives.
We help individuals and families experiencing difficult transitions, including those impacted by the justice system, domestic violence, human trafficking, and other forms of abuse, access the support they need to move forward with their lives. Through safe transportation, wellness services, housing resources, legal assistance, food support, and community partnerships, we help remove barriers and strengthen relationships. Our goal is to help create pathways toward reintegration, renewal, and reconnection.

We provide transportation for prison visitations, Parole visits, court appearances, therapy check-ins, housing resources, legal aid navigation, and re-entry support programs.

Families with incarcerated loved ones, returning citizens, and community members impacted by incarceration are welcome to apply.

No. Many of our programs are funded by donations and grants. Some services, like therapy or legal aid, may have partner-based options, but we work hard to remove financial barriers.

You can apply directly through our Get Help form on the site. Once approved, credits will be added to your LoopConnect Wallet.

Program Participation
You're welcome to explore and participate in as many LoopRoots programs and resources as meet your needs. There is no limit to the number of services you may be eligible to receive.
To help us provide the best possible support and connect you with the appropriate resources, each program has its own intake form and eligibility review. If you're interested in multiple programs please complete the intake form for each one as this allows our team to better understand your needs.
