Welcome to Loop Foundation, where we bridge the gap between incarceration and community. We provide families with safe, reliable transportation to correctional facilities, therapy check-ins, housing resources, and re-entry support services.
Our mission is simple: keep loved ones connected, reduce the stress of separation, and create pathways for returning citizens to rebuild with dignity.

Families with incarcerated loved ones, returning citizens, and community members impacted by incarceration are welcome to apply.

No. Many of our programs are funded by donations and grants. Some services, like therapy or legal aid, may have partner-based options, but we work hard to remove financial barriers.

We’re starting in Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, California, and Virginia, with plans to expand nationwide.
